Neighbourly Dogs??? Not!!

The house next door sold and unfortunately he has two very large guard dogs. A German Shepherd and a Rottweiller!! He hung a sign on the fence that runs between our two properties: "Beware of Dog". He also has another sign that says, "I can get to the fence in 2.8 seconds - Can you?" But do you think he has the sense to erect a taller fence to keep his dogs away from our kids???? The fence is four feet tall. The dogs just have to stand on their hind legs and lean over.

He told us that they are trained and dangerous and to make sure the kids don't get too close. Wait til this mama bear talks to him!! If he doesn't put up a privacy fence, I will!!
